01The 13-Week Dream Journal ($19)

Thirty days, no questions, and you keep the file.

Ask for a refund within thirty days of buying and we refund it. You do not have to give a reason, and we will not ask what went wrong, although we read it if you decide to tell us.

You keep the download. Asking for a file back is theater, because we cannot take it off your computer and pretending otherwise would be silly.

Thirty days is longer than the law requires in the UK and the EU, which give you fourteen. We chose the longer window on purpose. It is simpler to say, it removes any argument about how the shorter right was worded at checkout, and a brand that argues about nineteen dollars has undone its own position for nineteen dollars.

The one thing a refund does change is access to the online version of the journal at dreamtold.com. That closes when the purchase is refunded. The PDF is still yours to keep and print.

02How to ask

Use the contact page and say you would like a refund on the journal. Include the email address you bought with, so we can find the purchase.

You can also request it directly through Gumroad, who processed the payment.

03Who you actually bought from

Payments are handled by Gumroad, who are the merchant of record. In plain terms that means Gumroad is the legal seller, they take the payment, and they handle sales tax and VAT wherever you happen to live.

This matters for one practical reason: where Gumroad's own refund terms are more generous than this page, theirs apply. We cannot promise you less than they already give you, and we would not want to. This policy is here to state what we commit to on top of that, not to narrow it.

04Free things

The 7-Night Recall Starter is free, so there is nothing to refund. If you no longer want the emails, use the unsubscribe link in any of them and that removes you from everything.

05If something goes wrong that is not about money

If a file will not download, your Order ID will not unlock the online journal, or something else is not working, that is not a refund question and you should not have to ask for your money back to fix it. Tell us on the contact page and we will sort it out.

Anything not covered here, ask on the contact page. If this policy and our terms and conditions ever appear to disagree, tell us, because that is our mistake to fix rather than yours to interpret.
